* Let us know if your visa status changes. We will need to photocopy your updated papers.

* Remember to send us a copy of any updated passports or work authorization papers

* Please notify us if you are leaving Drexel. We can then close your file and make sure you do not receive any automated reminder emails from us.

* If you have signed Form 8233 or Form W-8Ben, many of you will receive a notification email in December to renew your tax exemption treaties. Please make sure your email addresses are up-to-date on Glacier.
