General Information

As a resident of University Crossings you will be expected to play a more hands on role in dealing with certain maintenance situations. Some basics you should have on hand are a flashlight, a plunger for unclogging the toilet or sink, draino or some other type of clog remover. It is expected that you will properly familiarize yourself with how to utilize these items. When in doubt ask for assistance. Please note that any maintenance problems where the resident is found to be at fault may result in the apartment or residents being charged for additional outside personnel, i.e. a plumber, to come to the premises.
