Housing Deposit

All students are required to submit a $200 housing deposit in order to finalize their online housing application. In order to be guaranteed a housing assignment, along with an application, new students should submit their deposits by June 15th and returning students should submit their deposits by January 31st. Deposits should be submitted to the Cashier's Office using one of the following methods:

Online: Via DrexelOne, select the student's tab, then "eBill." Select "Deposits" from the top menu bar. Select "Fall Quarter 2011" from the drop down menu, then "Housing Deposit" from the second drop down menu, and proceed with instructions. Please note that only "Fall Quarter 2011" will process.

In person: With a check, cash or money order, go to the Cashier's window in the Office of Student Accounts located on the first floor of the Main Building. The office is open 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday. Credit Cards are not accepted at the Cashier's window.

By mail to the following address:
Drexel University
Cashier's Office
3141 Chestnut Street
Philadelphia, PA 19104

Checks should be payable to Drexel University and include the words "housing deposit" in the memo section and the student's ID number.

Residence Hall Closures and Break Housing: The residence halls are closed for the duration of the various breaks, the period between the end of one quarter and the beginning of the next. Residents of first year halls (Calhoun, Kelly, Myers, Towers, Race, Millennium, and Van Rensselaer) are not eligible for break housing between the Fall and Winter Quarters as these halls close for this period.
