Collection / Donation Box Request
Please fill out the form below to request a collection or donation box to be in any of the Residence Hall lobbies.
Please note the following policies for all requests.
- Collection may take place for a maximum of one 2-week period per term.
- A charge may be assessed and penalties may be imposed for not picking up your box by the date indicated.
- Usage of the Residence Hall lobby space is a privilege; therefore groups are responsible for all items.
- Failure to comply with the above and any other reservation or Student Handbook policy may result in the loss of a group's ability to reserve any space in the Residence Halls.
- All requests should be submitted at least one week prior to requested start date
- Requests will be answered via email.
