All graduate students are billed by the Quarter or the Semester, depending on their actual student status. Due to the unique calendar for some programs, graduate students may opt to move-into Stiles Hall on a different schedule than undergraduate students. The graduate-students move-in schedule will be posted in late March 2012.
*Note: Graduate students DO NOT need to move out between academic terms. To locate your move-in date options, first locate the first academic term for which your program begins. For example, a student starting their program in the Fall 2012 academic quarter can move into Stiles Hall in Fall quarter, but does not need to move-out between the Fall 2012 quarter and Winter 2012 quarter, and etc.

Please note that all Graduate Housing is billed by semester or quarter.
Students pay only for the exact days they contract for housing. Residents are billed prior to the start of the term for the entire term in accordance with the following schedule:

Fall 2011 Semester: August 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011
Fall 2011 Quarter: September 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011
Winter 2012 Quarter: January 1, 2012 through March 25, 2012
Spring 2012 Semester: January 1, 2012 through May 31, 2012
Spring 2012 Quarter: March 26, 2012 through June 16, 2012
Summer 2012 Semester: June 1, 2012 through August 30, 2012
Summer 2012 Quarter: June 17, 2012 through September 9, 2012
NOTE: In cases where Resident is moving in during a term that bills have already been issued for, those charges will be applied to the following term.
Graduate Housing offers the convenience of choosing your exact move in and move out date based on your needs. While our rates are based on a cost per month, we charge students per day to ensure you only pay for the exact days you contract for housing. We calculate this as the monthly rate multiplied by 12 months and divided by 365 days in the year. If you have questions about your billing please feel free to email us at gradhousing@drexel.edu.
