The Office of University Housing manages nine properties which currently house ten Greek organizations:

Likewise, the Office of University Housing has a working relationship with several Greek organizations who manage the daily operations of their respective houses within our community. The rates for these houses are set annualy by the individual organizations.

House Director on-Call

A House Director is on-call at all times by calling 215-852-9544 and is directly responsible for the 34th Street properties. If you reach voicemail, please leave a detailed message with a contact phone number, and then call Public Safety at 215-895-2822, who will assist you and attempt to locate the House Director and/or University Housing staff on duty.

In the case of flooding / active water flowing, call House Director on-duty / Drexel Public Safety.

In the event of an emergency, call 911 and/or Drexel Public Safety at 215-895-2222.
