Setup
For Student Organizations

Physical setups, such as table and chair reconfigurations, for events are arranged through the Events & Conference Services Office. Each event venue has a standard set up and is available at no cost. Any change of a setup will incur labor costs based on setup requirements.

Please note that in honor of the University's unionized labor contracts, facility users are not permitted to setup tables and chairs themselves. The Event & Conference Service Office staff will arrange for all necessary facilities management services.
