Co-op for Environmental Studies Majors
Drexel University’s nationally recognized cooperative education program (Co-op) combines periods of full-time professional employment with periods of academic study. Co-ops enable students to work for six months at companies where they can apply their coursework and gain hands-on experience in their prospective careers.
Environmental Studies majors can choose co-ops or internships in any government program associated with urban renewal, environmental programs or urban planning. Or you could choose to work with a private, environmental consulting firm, or maybe a nonprofit environmental advocacy organization.
Co-op options for the B.S. in Environmental Studies:
- Five Year, 3 Co-op
- Four Year, 1 Co-op
- Four Year, No Co-op
