Web Developer Internship
We are currently nearing release of our beta product and are looking for a web development intern to join our team. The role of the web development intern will be to work closely with our CTO to complete defined projects related to website build. Intern will play a critical role in supporting our beta phase, and have the opportunity to help shape the product and participate in decision making. The role is project and milestone-based. Expectation is for approximately 10 hours per week. Schedule includes quite a bit of flexibility. Role will be compensated after a short interview period. Opportunity to extend into summer.

Our 5-person team is spread across multiple cities and countries; we are primarily based in Philadelphia, with team members in New York City and Frankfurt, Germany.

Requirements:

• Understanding of PHP MVC frameworks (particularly CakePHP)
• Understanding of JavaScript and toolkits such as jQuery

Bonus Points:

• Experience coding for web (HTML/ CSS)
• Proficient in MySQL
• Mobile development experience
