Drexel University Student Union Operations is a member of the Association of College Unions International

The James Creese Student Center opened in 1963 and is named for Drexel's 6th president. It is comprised of three connected buildings (Creese Student Center, Mandell Theater, and MacAlister Hall) and serves as Drexel University's college union. This union complements the educational mission of the university through an extensive variety of cultural, educational, social and recreational programs. These programs provide the opportunity to balance coursework and free time as cooperative factors in education. While many of our programs and services are geared towards the needs of our students, the Creese Student Center is the central gathering place for all members of the Drexel community.

The Creese Student Center provides services and conveniences that members of the university community need in their daily lives and creates an environment for getting to know and understand others through formal and informal associations. Included within the Creese Student Center are lounges, meeting rooms, food services, a fully equipped theater, a ballroom and a variety of retail shops. The center also houses administrative, student organization and academic offices.

The Creese Student Center is more than just facilities and services; it is also people and programs. Whether it is to become involved in the various student organizations, relax in one of our lounges, or attend a play or concert, you'll find it in the Creese Student Center.

The staff of the Creese Student Center is dedicated to making your experience satisfying and enriching. Feel free to drop by. We are here for you!
