Diplomas

Diploma Mailing

Diplomas for all graduating students will be mailed 6 to 8 weeks after Commencement to the student's current mailing address on file or the mailing address specified during the degree application process. If this address needs to be changed, submit the address change via DrexelOne. If you have any questions, please visit AskDrexel.

College of Medicine

Diploma Distribution

Diploma distribution information will be made available to each graduate by the University Registrar directly to your Drexel email account prior to Commencement. For specific diploma distribution inquiries, please call 215.991.8206.

Verifying

Check the spelling of your name on the diploma received. The diploma directly reflects information you provided on your degree application.;

Copying Before Framing

Before you frame your diploma, find a business that can copy large documents and have several reduced copies made, especially for licensure purposes. Many states require exact copies of diplomas (reduced will do in many cases); please copy before lamination. Drexel University College of Medicine will provide an English version of your Latin diploma (medical degree only) but does not provide duplicate copies unless you can provide evidence (notarized) that the original has been destroyed.

Official Transcripts

Complete a transcript request online via your DrexelOne account. Using the DrexelOne portal (one.drexel.edu), select the Student Service tab; select More BannerWeb Student Records; then select Request Printed/Official Transcript. For transcript type, always select {CoM Official Transcript, MD/Other}. All other transcript types will incur a fee not applicable to the College of Medicine and related program.
