Policies & Procedures: Enrolling/Withdrawing from Classes

Refer to time ticketing schedule on the Student Resource Center's web page for the dates when you can add or drop courses. Freshman and sophomore students who are having difficulty registering for courses should seek the assistance of the staff in the Office of Student Services. Students beyond sophomore year should seek the assistance of their department office.

You can drop a course on line up to Friday of the second week of the term. The course will not appear on your transcript. Beginning the first day of Week 3 to the last Friday of Week 6, you must use the Add/Drop/Withdraw form to withdraw from a course. A "W" grade will appear on your transcript. You will be required to obtain the signature of your course instructor and your academic advisor on the form. The completed form will need to be taken to the Student Resource Center for processing.

The last day for undergraduate full-time students to withdraw from a class is the Friday of the SIXTH week of the term.
