Policies & Procedures: Changing/Declaring Major

A Change of Curriculum and Status form must be completed to declare your major if you entered the university as a "Still Deciding" engineering student.  This form is also used to change your major (program), declare an additional major or change your status (from full-time to part-time or vice versa)   Forms are available in the Office of Student Services or can be printed directly from the Student Resource Center's web site.  Forms must be completed by the student and all required signatures as outlined on the form should be obtained. The completed form should be taken to the Student Resource Center(SRC), Main Building 1st floor for processing.
