The staff in the Office of Student Services is required to comply with guidelines set forth in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). A copy of the policy can be found in the Resource Guide for Parents of First Year Students.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA") affords students certain rights with respect to their Education Records. In addition to Drexel University's FERPA Policy, there are interpretive guidelines that provide additional information on FERPA and Drexel University's practice with regard to FERPA.
