James Herbert
James D. Herbert pursued his undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Austin and liberal arts studies in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
He received his doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro
and completed a clinical internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York
City. He currently serves as Professor of Psychology, Director of the Anxiety
Treatment and Research Program at Drexel, and Associate Dean in the College of
Arts and Sciences. He currently resides in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. He enjoys martial arts (he is a black belt in Kenpo Karate), running, cycling, and gardening.

Evan Forman Evan received his B.A. from Cornell University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in 1999. He completed clinical internships and fellowships at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Beck Institute with specialties in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-related disorders and suicidality.
Currently he serves as an Associate Professor and Director of
Clinical Training in the Department of Psychology.. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate psychology
courses including Principles of Psychotherapy, Psychotherapy
Theories, and Theories and Practice of Clinical Psychology. He lives
in Philadelphia with his wife and their 5-year-old son. Interests
include running, cycling, backpacking and traveling.

Erica England
Erica is from Yarmouth, Maine and received her B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College.
Erica is currently working at the Togus VA Medical Center in Maine. Erica has
previously worked in Drexel's Center City and Main Campus counseling centers and at the Hospital of UPenn Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Erica enjoys pugs, trying new restaurants in Philly, playing Dance Dance Revolution, and spending time with family in Maine.

Alex Geboy Alex is from
Washington D.C., and graduated from the University of Oregon with a
B.A. in Philosophy. He previously taught ESOL at a middle school in the Kensington neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia. His research interests include developing and applying acceptance-based therapies (specifically DBT and MBCT) in treating social anxiety disorder and depression, particularly among racial and ethnic minority populations. He is also interested in the integration of acceptance-based therapies with positive psychology and eudaimonic theories of psychological well-being, and how Spinoza can solve all of life’s troubles. |

Lisa Hayley Glassman
Lisa is from Connecticut, and received her bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. Lisa
has worked as a research coordinator at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Lisa is interested in assessing acceptance based therapy in the treatment of social phobia and generalized anxiety, and is particularly interested in examining mechanisms of change. She also enjoys swimming, baseball, and eating Chinese food and sushi. |

Elizabeth Goetter Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She has been a therapist
in the Social Anxiety Treatment Program for the last two years. Last year she worked as a therapist in Drexel University’s Student Counseling Center. She currently works as a therapist at Friends Hospital, an inpatient facility, where she provides individual and group therapy to older adults. Her research interests include anxiety disorders, clinical outcome research in the cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based therapies, and rumination, which is the focus of her Master’s thesis. Elizabeth also enjoys music and cooking. |

Christina Goodwin Christina Goodwin is a graduate student and a therapist with the Social Anxiety Treatment Program. She was a past therapist for the Test Anxiety Program as well as a counselor and crisis interventionist for New River Valley Community Services in Blacksburg, Virginia. Currently she is evaluating a comprehensive lifestyle intervention for cardiac patients aimed at increasing adherence to a "heart-healthy" life-style. |

Adrienne Juarascio
Adrienne received her bachelor's degree from
the University of Pennsylvania and is originally from Baltimore,
Maryland. Adrienne's research interests involve the use of
acceptance based treatments for eating disorders and obesity. She is
currently working as a counselor at the Renfrew Center, a treatment
facility for eating disorder. Previous therapy experience includes
work with public speaking anxiety, test anxiety, and social anxiety.
Adrienne's other interests include trying out new restaurants and
spending time with friends. She also enjoys theater, museums, and
chocolate. |

Kathleen McGrath
Katie received her B.A. from The George Washington University and is working toward her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Drexel. Her clinical interests include the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders using CBT and ACT. She has previously seen therapy clients under supervision at the Anxiety and Agoraphobia Treatment Center, the University of Pennsylvania Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, and the Drexel University Student Counseling Center (Hahnemann Campus). |
 | Jennie Park Jennie is from New York and received her bachelor's degree in psychology
from Stony Brook University. Her current research interests include
examining the mechanisms that confer vulnerability to mood and anxiety
disorders, clinical psychotherapy outcome and process variables, and the use
of acceptance-based frameworks for increasing distress tolerance. As a
therapist, she has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings as
well as continued involvement in various anxiety intervention research
studies at Drexel University. She enjoys traveling, trying different types
of food, and playing with her dog, Cubby!

Stephanie Rabin Stephanie is from Syracuse, NY, and is a
graduate student in the clinical Ph.D. program. She received her bachelor of science degree from Cornell University, and spent two years working as a research assistant at the National Institute of Mental Health. She is currently working as a Behavioral Health Consultant at a local medical clinic, and is a therapist for the Social Anxiety Treatment Program. She has also been a therapist
for the Public Speaking program and the Test Anxiety project. Her research interests include the etiology and treatment of anxiety disorders, individual differences in response to treatment, and acceptance-based therapies. She loves movies, music, and exploring Philadelphia! |

Jena Shaw Jena received her bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College.
She worked for 2 years as a research coordinator at Drexel
University. Jena's research interests involve the use of acceptance
based treatments to promote health behavior change, particularly
weight loss and eating disorder treatment. Her other interests
include rock climbing, traveling, reading, music, running, and
freshly baked cookies. |

anxiety disorders, treatment outcome, CBT, ACT, and utilization of technology
for treatment delivery. She currently works as a therapist at Friends
Hospital. She has previously worked as a therapist at UPenn's Center
for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, and the Drexel University Student
Counseling Center. Her hobbies include reading, writing, biking, and traveling. |
