financial contributions
The Judaic Studies Program of Drexel University has grown and developed since its founding in 1998. Our course enrollments increase continually, and attendance at our community programs grows with each event. Now, though, we need your help to continue as the center for Jewish education and culture at Drexel University, to be able to go on offering our valuable cultural programs in the Philadelphia area, and to serve as a national model for how a university can interact reciprocally with the community. Please consider making a generous tax deductible gift to the Judaic Studies Program of Drexel University today, so that we can touch many more hearts and minds in the coming year.

From its inception, the Judaic Studies Program has distinguished itself, thanks to the kindness and foresight of the community. Major donations from the Louis and Bessie Stein Foundation launched the Program and nurtured its early growth. Generous contributions from Harry Stern ’44, ’56, and the Estate of Simon Bond have enabled us to build permanent headquarters and establish a fund for Yiddish Studies. We have also benefited from the generosity of individuals and foundations.

Despite these pathbreaking gifts, it has become clear that this support, in addition to the University’s resources, will not guarantee the continuity of our Program. Therefore, we are turning to you.

Please help the Judaic Studies Program carry forth its work as the Jewish cultural and educational address at Drexel University, and continue to develop more and more outstanding programs. Your tax deductible gift, returned with the printable electronic donation card, will go towards support of our day-to-day operations in the coming year. In addition, there are opportunities to endow a chair in Judaic Studies, to name the seminar series, and to underwrite concerts, intergenerational programs, and individual lectures.

Please become a supporter and Friend of Judaic Studies today.
