This program is
designed to allow students to immerse themselves in a more traditional and accessible
locale against the backdrop of a large developing Chinese city. Here, students
are prompted to explore their surroundings and increase their language ability
through close interaction with community life in Nanjing and neighboring cities.
This is a study-only program with no internships.
Students will be required to complete an oral history project during the course
of the program. Students will also be able to aquire an international education
certificate issued by CIEE.
Courses in Nanjing - These courses are taught in both English
and Chinese by faculty members at local universities.
