Background: Ph.D. - Political science, Johns Hopkins   University (2001)
B.S. - Economics, New York University (1993)
Besides Drexel, he has taught at Wagner College, the John Jay College of Criminal Justice,
Temple University, and the University of Tirana in Albania. Richardson Dilworth is the author
of The Urban Origins of Suburban Autonomy (Harvard University Press, 2005) and editor of
Social Capital in the City: Community and Civic Life in Philadelphia (Temple University Press, 2006). Research Interests: American political development, urban politics, water politics and policy, urban infrastructure.
