Professor Volk Miller is the Managing Editor of the Painted Bride Quarterly. She has fiction, personal essays, and articles in numerous publications, including Red Booth Review and the Philadelphia Inquirer. She has spoken at various conferences on marketing, publishing online, working with student interns, and teaching with technology.

Professor Volk Miller teaches in the Freshman Writing Sequence as well as the WRIT program.
