An Academic Advisor helps you make informed decisions, connects you to available resources, and assists you in developing as an individual both personally and professionally.

  • Your first step for ANY problems
  • Help you find resources for success, for example: tutoring, writing center
  • Help you understand your degree program plan of study and program plan (4COP, 5COP, NCOP) so that you can graduate on time

Important Information

Your first fall term schedule is created for you

To make sure you have the classes you need to start off at Drexel University, your first fall term schedule has been created for you and will be provided for you during new student days in September.

Your fall schedule will include courses such as:

  • An English course
  • A Math course
  • A freshman course in your major
  • A University Welcome Course
  • A science course
  • Another required freshman course

In your major, you will take classes that are in your major and classes that are in disciplines outside of your major, called electives. This is to make you a well-rounded student. You can find the plan of study for your major in the catalog »

Learn the Drexel Class Schedule
