Kathryn
Mitchell, PT, MS, NCS is an instructor in the Programs in
Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Sciences and in the Pathways
to Health Professions Program both in the College of Nursing
and Health Professions. She has a Bachelors in Physical Therapy
from the University of Scranton and an Advanced Masters in
Physical Therapy from Temple University. She is a Board Certified
Clinical Specialist in the area of Neurological Physical Therapy.
Prior to joining the faculty at Drexel University in 2003,
Kathryn was a staff physical therapist at Bryn Mawr Rehab
Hospital, coordinating their Vestibular Rehab Program. Kathryn
currently teaches Neuromuscular Examination and Intervention
I and II, Clinical Correlations I, and assists in the following
courses: Prosthetics and Orthotics, Clinical Topics in Neuromuscular
Rehab for Adults and Clinical Topics in Geriatric Rehab. She
also teaches Health Care Informatics in the new Pathways to
Health Professions Program.
