New PhD in Nursing Science Program Planned!

The Drexel Doctoral Nursing Faculty have approved a new PhD program in Nursing Science July 2008 and the faculty are now seeking full approval of the program by Drexel and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The program will be unique in that it will prepare the PhD graduate to be both a nurse scientist/nursing professor. The program will be a three year full-time only program, however part-time students may be admitted if there is space available. The part-time program is 4 years but the student must be full-time in year 3. We are seeking to waive tuition for all full-time post-master’s students in the program.
