Doctor of Nursing Practice Program (DrNP): Curriculum

The Curriculum
This cohort program is designed to be completed part-time in 3 calendar years

The DrNP in Nursing Science has four tracks:

The Practitioner The Clinical Scholar in Advanced Nursing Practice
The Educator The Clinical Scholar in Nursing Education
The Clinical Scientist The Clinical Scholar in Nursing & Health Research
The Clinical Executive The Clinical Scholar in Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Management

All students will select a clinical specialty focus and complete a related clinical and role practicum and a clinically-focused dissertation.

The doctoral curriculum is constructed around five core fields:

3) Research Methods Core
4) Cognate Core
5) Dissertation Core
