Therapy: Course Listings
The courses in the Hahnemann Creative Arts in Therapy Program are in two categories—Core Courses and Modality Courses. All students in the program take the core courses. Students in art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and music therapy, take core courses together. This core curriculum provides a theoretical and clinical foundation upon which art, dance/movement, and music therapy are based.
The program is a sequential one in which the courses are presented in a particular order and are integrated with other courses that complement the learning. Art Therapy students are required to take all of the core and art therapy modality courses which integrate the theoretical concepts from the core curriculum with theory and practice of art therapy. Please note course descriptions may be found on the course catalog site.
