Couple and Family Therapy PhD Program: Admission Requirements

Minimum admission requirements include:

• A master's degree in couple and family therapy or a related field from an accredited institution
• Combined Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score of 1,500 or above (Verbal, Quantitative, and Analytical) or MAT score of 40 or above
• Master's GPA of 3.5
• three letters of recommendation
• personal statement
• an interview with graduate faculty
• 500 hours of supervised clinical experience from a COAMFTE-accredited program or the equivalent.

Applications from minorities are encouraged. The application deadline is January 15th. Two new information sessions have been scheduled from 9am -12pm on the following dates.
