The Classroom and Beyond

At Drexel, education starts in the classroom but it certainly won't end there. Resources and opportunities available to College of Nursing and Health Professions faculty include:

Center for Interdisciplinary Clinical Simulation & Practice (CICSP)

In New College Building, the Center for Interdisciplinary Clinical Simulation & Practice or CICSP provides a simulated environment in which students can safely learn and practice clinical skills, such as head-to-toe assessments, invasive as well as noninvasive procedures, and interpersonal skills. CICSP recently expanded with the addition of more cutting-edge human patient simulation lab space and technology.

A text book reference center, teaching display boards, and models are available for lecture, presentations, and community teaching.
