Street Family Health Services of Drexel University: Nurse Family
Partnership
11th
Street Family Health Services offers the Nurse Family Partnership,
a special program that offers home-visiting services to first-time,
low-income moms and their children. Here at 11th Street there are
four Registered Nurses who visit families in the areas around the
health center. Women start the program while they are pregnant,
and continue to receive visits every week or two weeks from their
nurses until their babies turn two years old.
The
program is free and voluntary. Any woman who is expecting her first
baby, is less than 28 weeks pregnant, and who meets the program
income guidelines can participate. If that is you, or someone you
know, please call Sonya Ezell at 215-769-1107.
