The internet has moved from promise to practice with today’s students earning degrees without ever leaving their homes. The transformation of the educational experience can be empowering for students and educators however, not enough has been done to prepare nurse educators with the ability to develop and manage courses that focus on the needs and strengths of the online students. This innovative course will assist the nurse educator to overcome barriers of online education and enhance the intellectual experiences of students while developing.
