Mindfulness for the Entrepreneur

Wednesday, January 25, 2017

5:30 PM-7:30 PM

Have you ever wondered how "mindfulness," the elusive buzzword, actually ties into running a successful business? Join Anna Greenwald, owner of the Philadelphia based Yoga and Mindfulness company On the Goga, to learn not only how mindfulness is used to affect positive change in businesses of every size, but how implementing mindfulness as an entrepreneur or business owner can alter the operation and trajectory of your company from the inside, out.

This interactive presentation approaches mindfulness from a real-world perspective, giving research-based information, tools and strategies to help you better understand and implement mindfulness in your life and business. This presentation is a continuation and expansion on the first Mindfulness for the Entrepreneur workshop last spring, but is open and highly accessible to new attendees.
