Damian is driven to corporate innovation. Throughout his career, Damian has led large corporate change strategies that have directly resulted in positive financial and organizational performance for nonprofit healthcare and higher education.

As an Assistant Teaching Professor and the Assistant Dean of Entrepreneurship Programs at the Close School of Entrepreneurship, Damian is responsible for Close School programming, including undergraduate and graduate studies, certificate programs, and the Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community.

Damian is a Board Member of the newly-formed Inclusive Technology Entrepreneur Movement (ITEM).  The firm’s portfolio includes ITEM Academy, ITEM Ventures and ITEM Resources.

As Director for Horizon House, Inc., Damian was responsible for the management and leadership development of the organization. In this role, he led the corporate organizational transformation that resulted in improved service quality and financial performance including a $2 million return on operational efficiency.

Damian is the past co-founder and CEO of Inovas Group, LLC (IG), a diversified family of companies. Inovas Group was a bio-medical commercialization company with partnerships in academia and industry. Inovas Group was driving toward the discovery of a new and novel technology that would prevent infections in hospitals. Inovas Workforce, an IG company, is a management consulting firm specializing in Lean Six Sigma and Management Development.

Damian is a past Board Member and founding Chair of the Philadelphia Alliance Administrative Services Domain. The Domain leads the economic strategy including the impact of over 30,000 jobs representative by the association. In addition, Damian founded the Alliance Conference, a key marketing strategy that directly contributed to the growth of the association from $900MM to over $5B.
