Mission Statement

The area in question is a Brownsfield site located in the Haddington Section of West Philadelphia between 53rd and 54th Streets and Poplar and Wyalusing Streets. This area was used for many years as a construction yard, then fell into extreme disrepair.

Our goal is to find a use for the site, and to revitalize this site using a Green Infrastructure approach to provide for food security and combined sewer overflow (CSO) abatement for the City of Philadelphia.
