Based on soil boring analysis conducted at the site, the following contaminants were found in at least three (3) of the soil boring samples:
Benzo(a)Pyrene: 3.29 mg/kg Statewide Health Standard = 2.5 Residential Direct Contact
Arsenic: 16.7 mg/kg Statewide Health Standard = 12 Residential Direct Contact
Lead:1,000 mg/kg Statewide Health Standard = 500/450 Residential Direct Contact/Aquifer Soil to GW

Excavation - Remove the contaminated soil from the site
Capping with 2 feet of clean soil - Prevent exposure to plants and humans
Mixing with clean soil - reduce contaminants concentration
