The Admissions Visit Center Is Open

Drexel's Admissions Visit Center is open for prospective student information sessions and tours, with pre-registration and updated health and safety requirements. We invite you to review the requirements and register today for one of our upcoming on-campus or virtual Information Sessions and Tours.

At Drexel, we are pleased to offer you and other veterans like you well-deserved educational benefits to honor the sacrifices you have made during your or your family's military career. The opportunity for veterans and their families to meet their educational goals is as much of a priority for Drexel's faculty and staff as it is for our current student-veterans themselves. It is important to note that certain veteran benefits are also available for dependents of veterans and military personnel.

We understand that the transition from the military to a college campus can be challenging in many ways. Be assured that every office on Drexel's campus is available to assist in helping you achieve your academic goals. As a valued member of our Drexel University community, you will be guided through every step of your transition from military life to collegiate life and beyond.

Below are resources that will help you learn more about Drexel, as well as some other information that will be helpful in using your educational benefits. We know you have specific goals, needs, and concerns and we are dedicated to partnering with you, right where you are, to address each of them. For more information on all the ways Drexel supports student-veterans and their success, check out the Veteran Student Experience brochure [PDF].

Drexel Veterans Association

There are over 350 student organizations and clubs that you can become involved with. Specifically, the Drexel Veterans Association's goal is to enhance the educational experiences of veteran students and functions as a support structure to help veterans as they adjust to becoming a student at Drexel.

Philadelphia Veterans Advisory Commission

Established in 1957, the Philadelphia Veterans Advisory Commission provides information regarding all veterans benefits; locates and refers veterans to appropriate government agencies or social service agencies; and provides them with any counseling or services.
