Becoming a Tutor

Getting a Tutor
Free peer and professional tutoring is available to all students of the College of Nursing and Health Professions, the School of Public Health, and non-medical students of the College of Medicine. We attempt to provide tutors for all requests for every course. Tutoring may be individual or group, depending on demand. Tutoring may take place any day of the week, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Most tutoring occurs in the Center for Academic Success at the Center City Hahnemann Campus; however, other locations are available to provide the most convenient tutoring arrangement for both tutors and students. Tutoring is available for distance students as well. Please call the tutor coordinator at 215.762.2595, if you are interested in distance tutoring.

Recommending a Student to Tutor
