This is a form for faculty members to recommend students to tutor. The student must meet the following criteria:

1. The student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

2. The student must have received an 'A' or 'B' in the course(s) they wish to tutor.

3. The student must receive a faculty recommendation (this form).

4. The student must be patient, empathetic and able to relate well with students.
