The Center for Academic Success (CAS) is able to proctor tests for a limited number of students taking classes on the Center City Hahnemann Campus. Priority will be given to students who have testing accommodations through the Office of Disability Services.
Students with accommodations must bring to the CAS a Testing Accommodation Request Form at least five days before the scheduled exam and give one copy to their professor. The professor must complete the bottom portion of the form, sign it, and send it to Jeff Bonfield at mail stop 526. The form may also be faxed to Jeff Bonfield at (215) 762-6199.
If a student does not have accommodations through the Office of Disability Services, professors may make arrangements to have individual exams proctored by speaking with Jeff Bonfield at (215) 762-7682.
