UNIV 101 project form Students have the option to pursue a civic engagement activity aside from those listed on our database. In order to do so, students are required to complete a self design form (below) and receive approval from the CCE before taking part in the activity. This form requires students to indicate their service and learning objectives as part of a valuable civic engagement activity. After students receive the prior approval from the CCE, they must also receive the approval of their instructor and have a community partner verify their service commitment before finally re-submitting it to our office at 3210 Cherry Street.
