The
Construction Management major prepares students for all
phases of operation and management of the construction organization
including cost estimating, project scheduling, and planning. Students
are able to choose from a wide range of subjects in the social
sciences and humanities to satisfy electives in the liberal arts
and free elective requirements. Pursuing
part-time, degree completion on average takes six years.
Students interested in extending
their construction management studies into real
estate development should consider the concentration in real estate.
