One-Year MBA

Admissions
For application instructions and information on the admission process, please visit the LeBow College of Business Graduate Admissions page. No transfer credit is granted for the One-Year MBA.

Interviews
Informational interviews are offered through the campus visitation program. To schedule a campus visit, please email Anna Serefeas at as326@drexel.edu or call (215) 895-0562. Please email or FAX (215) 895-1725 a current copy of your resume. Please indicate the specific day would like to visit.

Evaluative interviews are conducted by invitation only. If required for admission, a member of the admissions committee will contact the applicant. Evaluative interviews can be conducted in-person or via telephone.

Financial Aid
An MBA may be the single most significant investment individuals can make for personal and professional development. The LeBow College is committed to assisting students by offering a significant number of merit scholarships. In addition, students may apply for low interest federal and alternative loans to borrow the money needed to pay for tuition, the optional International Seminar, living expenses, a wireless laptop computer, and other fees.

All applicants are automatically considered for merit scholarships. Selection criteria include academic, professional and personal achievements, and potential for excellence in a management career, as demonstrated by length and quality of post-baccalaureate work experience, GPA, GMAT scores, and an interview with the admissions committee. Applicants interested in merit scholarships are encouraged to apply early in the application process as awards are made on a rolling basis. Applicants applying after the application deadline for U.S. and non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible for merit scholarships.

All applicants are also eligible for the Drexel Alumni-Trustee Endorsement Grant. By having a Drexel alumnus complete the form that is within the application, and submitting this with the application, admitted applicants are eligible to receive a $1,000 off the One-Year MBA tuition.

For additional information on Financial Aid visit the Drexel Graduate Studies Financial Aid web site.

Federal Stafford Student Loans are available for domestic students or permanent residents. To be eligible, students need to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) that is available at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/.

As the One-Year MBA bridges two academic years, domestic students or permanent residents can apply for financial aid through the FAFSA for each academic year and are thus eligible for additional Federal Stafford Student Loans.
