Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology

Drexel University offers the Ph.D. degree with a specialization in clinical psychology, with the primary goal of training clinical psychologists in the scientist-practitioner model. This model places equal emphasis on clinical research and the application of scientific principles. Students receive an appropriate, broad education in preparation for entry-level practice in professional psychology. This education includes training in intervention and assessment, as well as an introduction to the science and practice of clinical psychology. The program is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
