Leadership and Management Certificate in Healthcare Services
12.0 quarter credits

This post-professional certificate program focuses on development of a leadership style and skills set, fiscal and organizational management, strategic planning, integrated quality outcomes measurement, organizational structures, marketing, and management of human resources within organizations. The program provides the student with information and strategies to problem solve, make decisions, resolve conflict and operationalize the mission and goals of the healthcare delivery system.
