Hospitality Management
Bachelor of Science Degree: 183.0 credits

The Hospitality Management Department houses programs in Hospitality Management (HM) and Culinary Arts (CULA). Hospitality Management offers concentrations in lodging administration, food and beverage management, and
travel and tourism consulting. Both majors prepare students for leadership positions with a global perspective.
