The Earle Mack School of Law, which opened in Fall 2006, is the first law school to be founded by a major private research university in 30 years. The Earle Mack School of Law is built on the strengths of Drexel University, including experiential education and the fields of engineering, science, business, and health care. The J.D. curriculum has been designed to prepare law students for the challenges of 21st-century practice.
