The graduate program in Human Nutrition provides a biochemically based
professional education, encompassing both classroom theory
and practical research and application. The M.S. in Human Nutrition is offered through the College of Arts and Sciences. The M.S. in Food Science is now offered through The Richard C. Goodwin College of Professional Studies. A Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Nutrition is also available.
