Modeling the hydrogeochemical effects of aquifer recharge - the goal is to develop reactive transport modeling to analyze the geochemical changes in water quality due to mixing water sources model transport of bacteria from infiltrating water to subsurface, detection of pathogenic microorganisms in stormwater by real-time PCR
