To request a refund of any eligible credit on your account you may submit via (https://ask.drexel.edu), come in person (Main Building, 1st floor) or FAX (215.895.5914) your request. Please include your name, student ID number and the date you are submitting your request.
Please note that all refund requests received must first be reviewed by our office to determine refund eligibility. Prior to the third week of the quarter, only federal student loans, private loans and Perkins Loans are refundable. Refunds of personal or third party scholarship checks are not refundable until 10 business days after the receipt of funds. If you are not eligible we cannot process your request. Credit balances on the accounts of students participating in the HES program are not eligible for a refund until the end of the academic school year. However, you may contact HES directly (800-422-0010) to reduce monthly installments to adjust for credit balances on the student account.
All refund checks will be mailed to your billing address on file, please view your address information via DrexelOne to ensure all information is current and accurate.
Billing Address Update Instructions (via DrexelOne)
- Go to DrexelOne (http://one.drexel.edu/).
- Log in using your Drexel userID and password.
- Click on the "Student Services" tab.
- Click the "Banner Web" link.
- Click on "Personal Information".
- Click on "Update Address(es) and Phone(s)".
- Select the address to update "Billing".
- Enter Valid From This Date.
- Enter Until This Date.
- Enter current billing address information.
- Click "Submit".
