In the event of a campus-wide emergency, the University has the capability to immediately alert all registered users of the system via text messaging. Students also have the option of receiving mobile alerts when final grades or other personal announcements have been posted.

Escorts
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) provides students with walking escorts on campus. If it is late at night or a student simply does not feel safe walking home alone, they can call 215.895.2222 and request a public safety officer to escort them to his/her place of residence.
