Every quarter, we remind the Drexel University Community of the existence of the hotline we have established to make it easy for anyone to report conduct that might violate the law, University policy, or the University's Code of Conduct. Please read:
In most instances it is better if these reports are first made directly to your supervisor or professor, your Department Head, your Dean, or a senior administrator in your academic or administrative unit. However, there are times when an employee is not comfortable reporting improper conduct to his or her supervisor, or the person witnessing such conduct is not a University employee. That is why the University established the hotline.
To ensure the confidentiality of all reports and the integrity of our compliance efforts, our hotline is provided by EthicsPoint, an independent service provider now utilized by many colleges and universities across the country. You may reach the compliance hotline in any of the following ways:
Each of these methods will allow you to make reports anonymously and/or on a confidential basis, as provided by the Drexel University Whistleblower Policy.
Confidentiality of matters reported to the hotline will be maintained subject to relevant legal requirements and any applicable policy revisions. Callers will be protected from retaliation for having made good faith reports. Reports are made directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees on all communications to the hotline and the actions taken in response.
