How do I know my group is being audited ?

Internal Audit notifies audit clients in writing when their area is selected for an audit. This letter is sent to the senior vice president responsible for the area in addition to the director, dean, chair, or manager of the entity to be audited. The notification letter states the scope, the objectives to be accomplished in the audit, and an anticipated time frame to complete the audit.
