Reservation Request Form

Drexel alumni groups, departments and student organizations may request to reserve the Paul Peck Alumni Center's Mae Cadwalader Hollenback Board Room and Gallery. Please note that the Peck Center is not currently available to non-University affiliated organizations.

Paul Peck Alumni Center Reservation Policies

Alcohol request forms and the detailed alcohol policy are available in the Event Services Office. These requests must be approved prior to serving beer and/or wine at your event. Liquor is not permitted. You may never sell beer, wine or liquor as Drexel University does not have a liquor license. Red wine is not permitted in the Peck Center.


The Mae Cadwalader Hollenback Board Room is equipped with a projector, DVD and CD players and speakers. It is strongly recommended that you make arrangements with D.U.S.T. (Drexel University Student Technicians) or IMS. (Instructional Media Services) to provide a/v support for your event.

In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please do so in accordance with the following deadlines:

  • Event with little or no event set-up – Two (2) business days in advance
  • Events with event set-up – Seven (7) business days in advance

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in costs associated with arranging the event by the Event Services Office.


All on-campus catering must be arranged through Chestnut Street Catering. Information, menus and request forms can be found at or contact the Catering Office at 215.895.6934 or


Arrangements for room set-up and breakdown can be made through the Event Services Office at 215.895.2520 or You are responsible for all costs incurred with your event set-up and clean-up.


Effective January 1, 2008, the University cost center you have provided will be charged for Peck Center room rentals according to the following schedule:

  • $100 per half-day (less than 4 hours)
  • $250 per full-day (4 or more hours)

Please note that these costs are for the rental of the Mae Cadwalader Hollenback Board Room and Gallery only. They do not include facilities, Event Services, catering, a/v support or other expenses incurred in relation to your event, including charges for damage to the rooms or equipment.


Security guard coverage is required for all events held outside of normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday). Some events of certain stature may require a security officer, as well. Arrangements can be made through the Event Services Office at 215.895.2520 or
